Located just 15 minutes south of downtown Indianapolis in Greenwood, Dye’s Walk Country Club has long been a popular choice for organizations to host golf events. It is a great chance for players to get to play a private course not normally available to the public. Choose Dye’s Walk Country Club for your next event and leave everything else to us. Dye’s Walk is a private club but each season, we open our course on Thursdays to outside golf parties for their special events. Dye’s Walk is the first course ever designed bye world renowned architects Pete and Alice Dye. The chance to play their first design only adds to the attractiveness of our facility.
Established in 1963, our course offers rolling terrain, lakes, streams, ponds, strategically placed bunkers and very well manicured turf conditions throughout the year! The course will ensure a very playable and enjoyable golf experience for you and your guests.

RULES & REGULATIONS
All outside golf event parties must follow the Dye’s Walk Country Club’s rules and regulations governing the golf course and all other facilities. Outside golf events are limited to Thursdays and are not available any other day. Golf events will not be scheduled on any Thursday that falls on a holiday. Any exceptions must be approved by the Dye’s Walk management team.
PLAYER MINIMUM
Thursday outings require a minimum of 72 players to shotgun start the event on all 18 holes. If less than 72 players, DWCC reserves the right to start the event on only 9 holes of the golf course.
CARTS
Carts are mandatory for all golf outing participants. Should a non-golfer require a cart (photographer, public relations, rules, etc.), we will provide this service if carts are available. If any additional carts are required for your event, the outing will absorb all rental fees for the additional carts. Beverage carts will be available at the normal cart rental rate.
DRESS CODE
The DWCC dress code is enforced during outside event group play. Appropriate golf attire is required at all times while on the course, on practice facility, and in the clubhouse. All players must have collared shirts, slacks, or Bermuda length shorts. GOLF PRIVILEGES WILL BE DENIED TO GUESTS WEARING DENIM, TANK TOPS OR T-SHIRTS.
SOFT SPIKES ONLY
DWCC is a non-metal spike golf facility. Please inform your golfing guests of this policy. Our staff will be happy to change your spikes for a nominal fee in order to maintain quality green conditions.
MEALS
All outing packages provide a meal service. Provisions for lunch and/or dinner must be arranged. Our food and beverage manager would welcome the opportunity to assist you in the planning of your menu. You may select from pre-designed packaged menus or customize the menu to your group’s specific needs.
RAIN DATES
All outside outings are considered “rain” or “shine” unless extreme circumstances occur. A tournament will be considered official if nine holes are completed. We will do everything possible to re-schedule your group for an alternate Thursday. Your group will be responsible for food and beverage arranged for the day.

DEPOSIT / PAYMENT
A $500 deposit will be required to secure your outing date and is due upon receipt of the outing contract. The remainder is due upon receipt of the final billing. Deposits will not be refunded if the outing is cancelled.
GUARANTEES
Guaranteed attendance (food and beverage) for the event must be confirmed 10 days prior to the outing. The minimum billing for all events will be based on the confirmed number submitted and the player minimum requirements. Guaranteed attendance (golf player count) for the event must be confirmed 10 days prior to the outing as well and your group is responsible for 90% of that number as a minimum if less attend.
